Some weddings just have a special energy from the moment guests arrive, and this recent celebration at Chota Falls in Clayton, Georgia was one of them.

Nestled in the North Georgia mountains, Chota Falls is easily one of the most beautiful wedding venues in the region. Between the stunning waterfall, mountain views, and elegant event spaces, it provides an unforgettable backdrop for couples and their guests.

For this wedding, Snap Happy Booth provided a traditional photo booth experience with printed photo strips. While digital sharing is always popular, there is still something special about holding a printed photo in your hand before the night is over. Guests loved stepping into the booth, grabbing props, and creating keepsakes throughout the evening.

One of my favorite details from this wedding was the bride's thoughtful gift for her guests. She provided beautiful acrylic frames that perfectly fit the photo strips. Guests could immediately place their photos into the frames and take home a personalized keepsake from the celebration. It was a simple idea that added an extra touch of meaning to every photo.

The photo booth stayed busy all night long. Knowing this would be a large crowd, I brought an assistant to help keep everything running smoothly. Having an extra set of hands allowed us to keep the line moving, assist guests with props, replenish supplies, and make sure everyone had a great experience. It was a fast-paced evening, but those are often the most fun events.

As always, it was great to see guests of all ages jump in front of the camera. From sweet couples' photos to groups of friends showing off their personalities, the booth captured the laughter and energy that make wedding receptions so memorable.

Every summer, Wildcat Cliffs Country Club in Highlands, NC hosts one of the most anticipated members-only events of the year—Camp Wildcat, a two-day celebration packed with fierce (but friendly!) competition, family bonding, and unforgettable fun. I had the pleasure of providing the photo booth for the second night of Camp Wildcat this year, and it was an unforgettable evening!

Red vs. Blue – Let the Games (and Photos) Begin!

Each participating family is assigned to the Red Team or the Blue Team, and during the day, they compete in a variety of athletic challenges. From tug-of-war to relay races, it’s all about team spirit, healthy competition, and lasting memories.

When the sun set on day two, the energy didn't die down—in fact, it turned up a notch. That’s when the Snap Happy Booth came to life for the grand finale celebration, which hosted nearly 300 attendees. We created a fully customized, professional photo booth experience featuring a vibrant balloon arch framing the backdrop, flattering lighting for high-quality photos, a fully stocked prop table tailored to each team, and two friendly attendants to keep the energy high and the photos flowing all night long.

Custom Props, Big Smiles, and a Whole Lot of Spirit

For this event, we brought a curated collection of props specially designed for the Red and Blue Teams. Think:

• Red and blue hats and boas

• Custom team signs

• Team finger props

• And of course… a show-stopping balloon arch in team colors

Guests loved grabbing props that showed off their team allegiance before jumping in front of the camera. The photos captured the friendly rivalry, the laughter, and the spirit of the evening perfectly.

And yes—the Wildcat Cliffs mascot even got in on the action! Watching a wildcat strike a pose with some equally wild props was definitely a highlight of the night.
